Founders Ben and Brie Blackford are a husband-and-wife team with nearly two decades of experience in the quality food industry. Ben brings years of experience as a skilled butcher, along with more than a decade of raising animals for his own family’s table. That background gave him a deep appreciation for quality ingredients, traditional methods, and doing things the right way.

Brie brings a lifelong love of cooking and an instinct for bold, unexpected flavor combinations—the kind that can turn something familiar into something memorable.

Together, they created Blackford’s Premium Bacon with one simple idea: start with quality and never compromise on flavor.
